simulators
A flight simulator is any electronic or mechanical system for training pilots and crew members of aircraft and spacecraft by simulating flight conditions. The purpose of the simulation is not to be a complete substitute for actual flight training, but rather to fully familiarize students with the vehicle in question before they undergo costly and possibly dangerous actual flight training. The simulation is also useful for reviewing and familiarizing pilots with new modifications to existing ships.
